This Q10 is absolutely amazing. Im a 64 years female and have been taking John O'Neils [Paul O'Neil's deceased father] Q10 for many years. Now Paul is selling the exact same formula. I am not exaggerating when I say that I am aerobically fitter now than I was when I was sixteen and I actually dont do any "exercise" much. Houswork suffices for that. and i can carry heavy water packs up the stairs without puffing. and walk up hills without issues if I venture out. I open the capsule and reduce the quantity by a third as i find the full amount makes me too hot in QLD's climate. Everybody should try this Q10. It gives u so much energy. No worries about heart attacks if u take this. I tried PQQ but it was useless. It may well have some benefits but it doesnt give u energy like PaulO"Neils. Start off with Half a capsule and see how u feel.Cheers
