Herbs of Gold Fish Oil 1000 contains the potent activated omega 3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA, comprising 30% of a 1,000mg capsule. These specialised fatty acids are only found in seafood, the most abundant of which are fatty fish, such as salmon and sardines. Although these two dietary fats can be produced in the body from the essential fatty acid linolenic acid, it has been estimated that only 1% of linolenic acid is eventually converted to DHA, through a series of complicated enzymatic reactions. How to Use Herbs of Gold Fish Oil 1000

Adults - Take 1-2 capsules, three times daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Children 6-12 years - Take 1-2 capsules daily, or as directed.
Children 3-6 years - Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed.
