Herbs of Gold Lung Care supports the immune system and the health of the lungs. This is achieved by providing selenium, Vitamin C and E to enhance immune competence, protecting against foreign invaders. Selenium in particular enhances glutathione peroxidase activity, a powerful antioxidant enzyme. In addition, selenium supports thyroid hormone synthesis, essential to the conversion of provitamin A to retinol, required for immune health. Vitamin C and Vitamin E assist with free-radical defence and also bolster host resistance.

This product provides symptomatic relief from catarrh and lung irritations as a result of excessive coughing. Herbs of Gold Lung Care contains 1,000mg of Licorice per tablet, a mucilage-rich herb that provides a natural soothing reflex-demulcency to the lungs. This may reduce inflammation of lung mucosa and reduce lung-tickling and dry coughs. 

Elecampane is a powerful herb traditionally used to strengthen the lungs and relieve respiratory difficulties, such as shortness of breath. Adhatoda is an Ayurvedic herbal medicine typically used as an expectorant to relieve lung mucous congestion. Adhatoda is also an antispasmodic herb that will assist with coughing.

How to Use Herbs of Gold Lung Care

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 tablet, twice daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
