Selenium is an essential mineral for the human body where it is involved in crucial functions, such as supporting thyroid hormone production, bolstering the immune response and protecting against free-radical damage. Herbs of Gold Selenium contains 150mcg per capsule of this nutrient in a bioavailable selenomethionine form.
