How to Use Horleys Replace
Add 1 scoop (16g) to 200ml of cold water and stir until dissolved. To make 1 litre use 5 scoops (80g). Once prepared store in the fridge. Use Horleys Electrolyte Sports Drink before, during and after sport or heavy physical activity lasting longer than 60 minutes.
