CONS: Whilst Prana Natural Mass is an awesome natural mass gainer you are limited to their smaller sized products, in saying this though, it is probably one of the only natural, gluten free and alkaline mass gainers out so this may be a trade off.

VERDICT: We think Prana ON Mass Gainer is a great product and fills a gap in the market. It mixes well and tastes great with a slightly flavour from the tapioca starch. We give this product a 4.5/5.
