PROS: This vegan protein is a complete protein source that contains the 9 essential amino acids. It offers over 30 grams of protein per serve making it ideal for aiding muscle recovery and growth. The additon of the digestive enzymes ensures both the absorption and utilisation for the muscle-building amino acids. It tastes amazing and offers a smoother consistency than most plant-based proteins.

This is an alkaline protein source with natural sweeteners. It contains no genetically-modified ingredients or fillers. It's a perfect option for anyone who has a dairy allergy or intolerance.

CONS: None we can think of at this point. It does hurt when you're scraping the bottom of the tub though.

VERDICT: Prana ON have created a a great vegan formula with a better consistency than many of the proteins powders in this category. The smooth texture and lack of graininess was surprising and made the drink so much more enjoyable. Most plant-based products are yet to achieve this. The flavours were rich and consistent. It tastes so good that it can be eaten out of a glass with a spoon, like a desert. That's mixed with water!

Providing over 30 grams of protein per serve this product delivers as much protein as most whey-based products. We give this product 4.8 out of 5.
