Good news for nutrition lovers or those girls simply needing motivation to change their habits - the Maxine's Shape Up Challenge 2014 is about to open for registration. Get in quick to ensure you’re in the zone to transform your body from good to great. Registration for the Maxine’s Shape Up Challenge will open on July 14 and close on July 27, and then the challenge begins!

About Maxine's Shape up Challenge 2104

We all know one of the difficulties of getting in shape is not only motivation but also having the support and the knowledge of where to begin. The Maxine’s Shape Up Challenge team realizes this and provides lots of support throughout the 12 week challenge.

Simply take a "before" photograph showing yourself as you are now, and register online to join the Maxine’s Shape Up Challenge 2014. Your photo needs to show you as clearly as possible so that your progress can be charted over the 12 weeks of the Challenge. Starting July 28th and finishing on October 19th you will be aiming to get as fit and healthy as possible and your photos will demonstrate how you are progressing along the way. At the end of the Shape Up Challenge the public and the judges will compare your "before" and "after" shots to determine who has best met the objective of the Maxine's Shape Up Challenge for 2014, with the winners claiming some fantastic prizes.

What can I do to improve my chances?

Simply get fit and healthy. There are all sorts of support networks available to you, including coaches and ambassadors. You can join as an individual, as part of a group or as a couple. The training program offers advice and tips as you make your way through the Maxine's Challenge, with updates at weeks 1, 5 and 9. Maxine’s have a range of supplements that are integral to your transformation and require you take over the course of the Maxine’s Shape Up Challenge. The supplements are specially designed to meet the extra nutritional needs you will face to get that fit, toned body you’re striving for and the Maxine’s Shape Up Pack has got all your nutritional needs covered.

What can my coaches do?

Everyone is different and everyone starts the Challenge from a different place, so the Maxine's coaching staff doesn’t monitor your progress on a one-on-one basis. They will, however, provide support and encouragement based on where you expect or hope to be at that time.

At the end, of the Maxine's Shape Up Challenge 2014 what happens?

All the after photos are voted on by the public to see who has come out in the top 50. The overall winners are announced on 7 November 2014 and prizes awarded. The Maxine’s Shape Up challenge winner will be off on a 5 star luxury holiday and appear on Max’s Muscle TV along with other great prizes. The 2^nd and 3^rd runner up will also appear on Max’s Muscle TV and should enjoy a $500 shopping spree.
