Cellucor C4 Extreme is a brilliant pre workout supp. Try the Blue Razz flavour it's very nice. BA tingles can be full on at times but the focus and motivation C4 gives is amazing. I tried MP Assault and a few others but didn't care for it to be honest so I came back to C4 for good. The price is right, give it a try you won't be disappointed.

After suffering chronic back pain for months after a ruptured disc, I was told about MSM by a chiropractor.
